Pamela J. Dudoff
Ms. Dudoff has been providing executive coaching since 1995 as part of her work as an OD Consultant. She earned a Masters in OD at Boston University. Pam earned her ICF Certification as an ACC Coach in 2020. Ms. Dudoff is also a certified mediator experienced working with individuals and groups.
In 2020, Pam began a job with the City of Alexandria, VA where she had the opportunity for three years to provide executive coaching to many diverse clients. She typically coached about ten people per week. Pam also got certified in the Hogan Personality/Behavior assessment and began using this tool with her clients, identifying the risks for career derailment so that the client could develop strategies to keep their careers on track. Many of Pam’s coaching clients were promoted. She also used a leadership assessment provided through Denison Organizational Culture that identifies a leaders potential to become a highly effective executive. Pam also uses an assessment called the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory which assesses a clients preferred style for solving problems and dealing with change which are foundational for leaders in organizations and also provides insight for couples. She also has found that the Leadership Dashboard Tool (developed by the Center for Executive Coaching) is very effective for helping clients get in touch with their desired direction and goals, providing a structure and process that yields focus and clarity that guides the coaching process.
Pam is semi-retired and draws from her experiences in multiple careers to support her clients in achieving their full potential. She has chosen to focus her work on coaching because of the tremendous power it has to stimulate learning and enable individuals to identify and access their strengths and learn from their own experiences. Pam finds this to be the most respectful way to support people. Ms. Dudoff is a life long learner and enjoys keeping current in the fields of Leadership and Organizational Development.
